Nayan Chanda, Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations at Ashoka University, spoke on a panel organised by The Vietnam Peace Commemoration Committee on January 7, 2024. Together with several other speakers, prof. Chanda reflected on President Carter’s record addressing the consequences of the US war in Indochina.
