Abhinav Atreya received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and Hindu College, University of Delhi respectively. His current research interests include Anthropology of borderlands, space, identity and memory. Focused on the social geography of the Indo-Nepal borderlands, his work examines the negotiations of identity among ethnic minority border citizens.
