Senior Advocate and Chartered Accountant
Ajay Vohra is a qualified chartered accountant and designated senior advocate. He has been practicing in the field of domestic and international taxation, and corporate reorganisation. He is a leading arguing counsel before the tax tribunal, high courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
Prior to being designated as a senior advocate, Ajay was the managing partner of Vaish Associates, a leading law firm, from 2006 to 2014. In the past, he has been the chairman of International Fiscal Association – India Branch, chairman of the Direct Taxes Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, vice-chair of the Tax Law Committee of the International Pacific Bar Association. He has also served on the boards of several large corporates.
