‘Eureka!’ That’s how her parents felt when she was born. They made that her name. Hailing from a village of Tamil Nadu, she is driven by challenges. Her 3 generations are women-led and moved a long way to complete bachelors in Production Engineering from Government College of Technology as a first-generation graduate. Being curious to learn from society and empathising with them, she joined several community development clubs and spearheaded projects. Her work-life started at India’s leading tier I manufacturing company. She joined as the first female employee in a hot-forging unit and excelled there.
