MBA, IIMAGaurav Rastogi is a Silicon Valley executive with extensive experience leading large-scale B2B sales transformations. He is an AI startup founder (acquired 2020), a former Infosys executive responsible for driving their 10x sales transformation and growth to $7.5 Bn, an author with books published with the Oxford University Press and Penguin Books, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, where he also heads the North American alumni association.
Gaurav Rastogi leads Doloop Digital. He has been in the sales transformation business for over twenty years. Gaurav entered this business by happenstance– he was fortunate to be asked to lead sales transformation for Infosys in its decade of destiny (2003-2013). The company grew from $ 770 million to $ 7.5 billion in revenues during this time, a 10x increase. To keep the engines growing, Gaurav had to solve problems as they came along, and what started as a short assignment ended up as a two-decade career.
Gaurav is also a learning leader with experience in leading learning organizations, program design, and innovations in learning. He is a co-founder and Board Member of a global service learning institute (https://hsciglobal.org) and teaches/advises programs at reputed educational institutions such as Ashoka University, GTU (https://www.gtu.edu/projects/icp/advisory-council), the Chaplaincy Institute (https://chaplaincyinstitute.org/).
