Hiteshree Das

Driven by curiosity and inspired by her cultural heritage, Hiteshree has been on a pursuit of bringing her training as an interdisciplinary designer and her interests in art, culture and heritage together.

Having spent her formative years at a boarding school in Ajmer, she found herself being fascinated by the multi-cultural exposure and taking independent decisions very intuitively. With regard to her early creative pursuits, a large part of her looked for a truer picture, a new narrative, fresh imagination, something that would hold her’s and the audience’s attention for a longer duration of time. The idea of creating innovative solutions to grass-root problems compelled her to choose design as a career.

Along with her creative pursuits, Hiteshree has also represented her state in the 10m air rifle junior women category at the national level and was at the Indian team trials.
