M.Phil. English, University of DelhiJyotirmoy Talukdar teaches the Academic Bridge Programme and English Communication courses at Ashoka University. As part of the CWC team, he has conducted writing workshops at Gauhati University and Jawaharlal Nehru University. His research on language was supervised by the linguist Dr. Hany Babu. Jyotirmoy writes for various publications, including The Wire, OPEN, The Hindu, and HuffPost India. His first book of translation was published in 2021. He has also been a Visiting Faculty in the Department of Performing Arts at Ashoka and holds a TEFL certification. He has led CWC’s ELT programme since 2020 and was Acting Director from July 2022 to February 2023.
