Deputy Manager, Office of Learning Support, Ashoka University
Kavya is a Deputy Manager at the Office of Learning Support, Ashoka University. She holds a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Law from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur.
At OLS, she leads the office’s outreach initiatives targeting students and youth with disabilities nationwide, manages budgeting and financial planning, oversees assistive technology access for SwDs at Ashoka, and supports digital accessibility awareness efforts. Before joining Ashoka, she worked with Pratham Education Foundation on program planning, design, and evaluation of social entitlements in rural central India. She also has prior experience in policy research on child maltreatment, organizational development and organizational behavior and was a 2017 Teach for India Pune City Fellow.
