Laveena grew up in a small town in the tribal block of Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, where her connection with nature and passion for creativity shaped her journey. She graduated in hard material design from IICD Jaipur, driven by her deep interest in Indian handicrafts. Laveena’s professional experience spans luxury retail, furniture manufacturing, design studios, and NGOs in the design and development sector. She has also conducted skill-training workshops for various NGOs. A travel enthusiast, Laveena enjoys exploring crafts, communities, folk culture, heritage, and cuisine. She aspires to build a sustainable brand focused on the social and economic empowerment of women. Through the YIF, she seeks to refine her aspirations and chart a purposeful path toward her goals.
