Manasi Rathore

Born and brought up near the sea for the first half of her life, Manasi has been a water baby since day one, and would someday like to return to the source from whence she came. Aside from the childhood ambition of being a mermaid, Manasi wants to be a scientist, artist, actor, model, adventurer, story-teller, musician and teacher. She’s been able to cross some items off her list, and she hopes that a new community at Ashoka will open her to new ways of being everything she dreams of, while living a life in service to others. She would also like to learn to exercise restraint in turning up her nose at things she doesn’t understand (yet).
