Neetu yadav is a PhD candidate at the department of psychology. Neetu is a baccalaureate in psychology from Lady Shri Ram College. She is a postgraduate in Applied Clinical Psychology from University of Delhi. Her research interests lie in the study of cognitive and neural basis of human behaviour. She is currently exploring the role of various cognitive processes such as attention, decision making in guiding human behaviour and the underlying neural mechanisms. Additionally, she is also interested in the fields of social and counseling psychology and has had the opportunity to intern at Tihar Jail, providing psychological first aid to inmates. She has also worked in a project for ‘development of resilience among below poverty line youth’ during her masters. In her leisure time, she can be found painting in the campus.
