Neha Wadhwa is the Deputy Manager at the Office of Learning Support (OLS), Ashoka University. She holds a Master’s in Modern History from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and an M.Ed. from the University of Delhi. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Education at the University of Delhi. With extensive experience in inclusive education, Neha has advocated for children with disabilities, conducted research on their learning experiences in inclusive settings, examined the implementation of the RPWD Act 2016 in schools, and mentored teacher interns and junior researchers.
At OLS, Neha is passionate about evidence-based advocacy and committed to making learning accessible for all students. She wants to create a welcoming and inclusive space where every student feels valued and supported. She is dedicated to ensuring they have all the resources to thrive at Ashoka and beyond.
