Hailing from a land where the rhythm of waves blends seamlessly with artistic discussions, Nikila aspires to integrate her cultural heritage with her professional ambitions. With an MBA and an engineering degree, she has gained diverse experience through internships at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, Cavinkare, and Coromandel Infotech. In her previous stint at Cognizant, she drove People Strategy while enhancing Employer Branding and Communications.
