Paresh Sukthankar

Paresh Sukthankar is the founder and lead partner at Sanaksh Advisors LLP. He was formerly the deputy managing director at HDFC Bank. He was a part of the core team which founded HDFC Bank in 1994-95, and served as the head of various functions, including credit, risk management, finance, human resources, investor relations, and CSR. He has over 30 years of experience in the Indian banking sector.

Paresh has been a member of various committees formed by the Reserve Bank of India and the Indian Banks’ Association. He received a BA from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and a Master’s in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He is also an Advanced Management Program (AMP) holder from Harvard Business School.
