Pratiksha is a dedicated development professional with a keen interest in Human Capital Development. Her work with children, adolescents, and women in Maharashtra has contributed to key Sustainable Development Goals. She specialises in institutional strengthening, capacity building, and liaising with government and non-profits, designing training programmes on life skills, gender sensitisation, and leadership.

With over a decade in Marathi theatre, Pratiksha embraces her identity as a performer alongside her professional pursuits. She aspires to be a Learning and Development expert, driving impact through an intersectional lens.

She joined the Young India Fellowship to explore herself, transition her career, and gain multidisciplinary leadership skills, expert mentorship, and a transformative education.
