Born into an agricultural family, Praveen recognised early on the challenges faced by farmers and committed himself to addressing them. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he pursued a degree in Agricultural Science from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University while exploring small ventures.
After graduation, he worked as an Assistant Manager for Strategy at E-Sandhai, a vegetable supply chain startup. Now, he aims to solve inefficiencies in India’s fragmented agricultural supply chain through data-driven solutions, creating a more efficient and equitable system for farmers and consumers.
At the Young India Fellowship, Praveen seeks interdisciplinary learning, strategic thinking, and communication skills. He looks forward to mentorship, diverse perspectives, and business acumen to drive meaningful change in India’s agricultural sector.
