Riya

Riya has done her bachelor’s in management studies with a specialisation in marketing from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University. Before joining Ashoka as a Young India Fellow of batch 2024, she worked with different start-ups and organisations in various marketing roles. She worked as a Client Services Executive at Mediasmart, Affle, where she managed accounts of clients like Swiggy, Philips, and Amazon. Riya also interned as an Associate Marketing Specialist at Yellow Club and as a Marketing Intern at Syphyn Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (HOBCOB).
She has been an active part of the Delhi Theatre circuit for 5 years. She has directed, written, produced, and acted in numerous stage productions, winning several awards for her performances. She has a deep love for storytelling and likes to find intersections in the world of theatre and business.
