Sarah Isaac kickstarted her professional life at Wyeth Lederle Pharmaceuticals in Mumbai. However, her priorities shifted after the birth of her daughter, Tanya, as she devoted herself to nurturing her family and home.
Beyond her role as a dedicated mother and homemaker, Sarah found fulfilment in her interests, including yoga, swimming, and exploring the world through travel. Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, she also established Studio 34, a bespoke boutique in Bengaluru.
Sarah has a background in commerce – she earned her BCom and then pursued ICWA.
Ajit Isaac is a first generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind India’s largest business services provider – Quess Corp. A nominee of the India Forbes Leadership Award and voted as the finalist in the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award, Ajit serves as the chairman of the organisation. He built two of India’s largest human resource companies – People One Consulting (acquired by Adecco Group) and Quess Corp.
A philanthropist at heart, Ajit set up Careworks Foundation and the Ajit Isaac Foundation to positively impact the healthcare, livelihood and opportunities for the marginalised sections of society.
He holds a master’s degree from the Madras University and is a British Chevening Scholar from the University of Leeds, UK. He also serves on the Board of Governors of St Joseph’s University, Bengaluru.
