Shaifali studied literature from Miranda House, University of Delhi and started out with a short stint in content writing followed by 4 years in Business Analytics and Project Management at a FinTech Consulting firm.
To add to her multidisciplinary academic and professional background, Shaifali pursued the Young India Fellowship, Batch of 2022, at Ashoka University. As a fellow, she got interested in the world of entrepreneurship and started envisioning a social enterprise venture in the tea industry.
Brought up in the mountains and foothills of Darjeeling, West Bengal, Shaifali is passionate about contributing to the tea industry in the near future and is excited to make the most out of her engagement with the CfE.
Apart from tea and entrepreneurship, she is passionate about fitness and practices yoga. She also loves reading novels, watching movies, painting and writing anecdotal short stories.
