Her MPhil thesis explored the politics of gender subjectivity in 21st-century Indian speculative writing by women, against the backdrop of the late 20th and 21st-century gender politics in India. A self-proclaimed geek for all things speculative and science fiction, her research interests span from transmedia storytelling, to food studies and popular culture. In her spare time, you’ll find her passionately decoding the epic world-building of One Piece, or listening to yet another audiobook.
