Sushil Kumar Agarwal

Sushil Kumar Agarwal is Founder and Managing Partner of Greenfich Advisors Private Limited and Matterhorn Investment Advisors LLP. He is also Founder of Aavas Financiers Limited, where he served as Managing Director and CEO until 2023. With several decades of experience in the financial industry, Sushil has been associated with several companies in the past, including AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank Limited and Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited.

He is a well-regarded business leader and entrepreneur, having built his previous company into a global powerhouse. Under his leadership, Aavas Financiers achieved remarkable milestones – the company was conferred with ‘Best NBFC for 2020-21’ as well as the ASSOCHAM Excellence Award for being the best housing finance company. Sushil also won the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2020, in the financial service industry category.

Sushil is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Young President Organisation, Rajasthan Chapter. He completed his undergraduate education from Commerce College, University of Rajasthan. He is a merit holder in chartered accountancy, a qualified company secretary and has completed the Owner/President Management Program from Harvard Business School.
