Vaibhav is a driven and curious individual with a passion for making a positive change through education, agriculture, or policy. He finds thrill and connection in horse riding and admires the timeless elegance of collecting and writing with fountain pens. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Vaibhav founded StudyEnclave.com, an e-learning platform that has garnered over 9,000 active members. He was also a Policy Consultant for a Lok Sabha MP. Vaibhav is also a co-founder at Cropwise, an initiative to train local farmers on innovative agricultural practices, thereby increasing crop yields and water efficiency. With a background in chemical engineering and an MBA, he brings a unique perspective to tackling complex challenges, and he is eager to continue growing and learning.
Through the YIF, he is seeking an immersive, transformative experience to broaden his horizons, develop as a socially conscious leader, and build a network of changemakers to create meaningful impact in India.
