1. Application and Scholarship Support 

• Office Hours: We offer 100+ office hours each month, ensuring personalised assistance tailored to students’ needs. During these office hours, we offer personalised guidance to students on their application process for top schools and scholarships while also keeping track of their progress throughout their time at Ashoka and beyond. 

2. Sessions and Fairs

• Scholarship Sessions: Exclusive guidance on prestigious scholarships like Rhodes, Knight-Hennessy, Chevening, Gates Cambridge, Felix, Inlaks, QUAD, Charpak, and Erasmus Mundus. Dedicated cohorts provide personalised mentoring and support throughout the application process. 
• University Sessions: We organise sessions with admissions teams from leading universities, including the University of Cambridge, Tufts (Fletcher School), JHU Carey, ISB, the University of Edinburgh, and HEC Paris. 
• Test Preparation Sessions: We assist students in preparing for GRE, GMAT, and CAT through expert-led sessions, complemented by practice test series to help them achieve their target scores. 
• Alumni Sessions: We collaborate with our alumni, who have pursued higher studies and secured prestigious scholarships, to conduct specialised sessions for our students.
• Higher Education Fairs: We organise higher education fairs where students have the opportunity to interact with representatives from top universities, including Stanford, UPenn, IIM Bangalore, ISB, Johns Hopkins, Yale, LSE, UC Berkeley, and more. These events provide valuable insights into programs, admissions processes, and opportunities at these premier institutions. 

3. Exclusive Benefits for Ashoka Students 

• University Partnerships: We have successfully established partnerships that provide Ashoka students with exclusive benefits, such as a 50% application fee discount for programs at Johns Hopkins University (JHU).
• Test Preparation Discounts: Through our collaboration with Jamboree, Ashoka students can avail a 10% discount on GMAT and GRE test preparation resources, making it more affordable to prepare for their higher education journey. 
• Educational Resources: We have collaborated with the HDFC Library at Ashoka and noted that they have books available for civil services, CAT, GMAT, and GRE exams, which are accessible to our students.
• AMS Database: We have a robust database in place to support students exploring post-graduate opportunities. Our resources include a detailed list of top universities across the US, UK, and other countries, providing valuable insights into global education options. For financial aid, our Scholarship Guide offers information on partially or fully funded scholarships worldwide. Our database is designed to empower Ashoka students with the tools and information they need to navigate the journey toward higher education with ease and success.
