Post-Fellowship Pathways | A Yearlong Fellowship | A Fellow For Life

The post-Fellowship journeys of YIF alumni are as varied and inspiring as the unique academic and professional paths that brought them to the program. For many, their year at Ashoka serves as a launching pad—solidifying career ambitions or offering the courage to make bold career pivots. Some have enriched their perspectives through the semester abroad, immersing themselves in new cultures and ideas. Others have harnessed the entrepreneurial spirit fostered at YIF, founding ventures across diverse industries. Many Fellows have deepened their research interests, advancing to prestigious universities worldwide for higher studies. For others, the YIF experience has opened doors to meaningful employment opportunities with leading organisations.

Each Fellow leaves with a stronger sense of purpose, ready to carve out their unique trajectory.
